Shipping, Delivery and Fulfillment Policy
Last updated
1. Seller duties and estimates
Sellers must package, label, document and dispatch goods according to the accepted order, carrier rules and law. Provide accurate lead times, promptly disclose delays and add carrier and tracking details where available.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly binding. For a material delay, the seller must provide a revised estimate and available options; the buyer retains cancellation or other rights under the order and law.
2. Buyer delivery duties
Buyers must provide a serviceable address, recipient, operating hours, unloading requirements, permits and site instructions. Lawfully disclosed additional cost may apply to inaccurate information or a failed authorised delivery.
Record visible shortage, damage or tampering on the carrier document and notify the seller promptly. A delivery signature confirms receipt but does not waive a valid concealed-damage or non-conformity claim.
3. Cost, title and risk
Shipping, insurance, duties and handling must be disclosed before acceptance or calculated under agreed delivery terms. Title and risk follow the accepted order, agreed trade term and applicable law.
FabSetu does not become the carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse operator or owner of goods merely by providing order and tracking workflows.
4. Partial, failed and controlled shipments
Sellers must identify partial shipments and the expected balance; substitutions require buyer approval unless expressly allowed. For loss or damage, the responsible party must cooperate with carrier claims and preserve evidence.
For cross-border or controlled goods, the parties must agree who handles importer and exporter duties, licences, classification, origin, customs and taxes. Hazardous or regulated goods require suitable carriers, packaging, labels and documentation.
5. Completion and support
An order may be completed after delivery and the agreed inspection period. Status changes do not extinguish warranty, latent-defect or non-waivable rights.
Report fulfillment issues through the order or Marketplace Support workflow with the order number, carrier evidence and requested resolution.
