Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated

1. Order-specific terms

Because FabSetu supports business components and made-to-order supply, eligibility and time limits vary. The listing, accepted bid, purchase order and seller terms displayed before commitment form the order-specific policy. Non-waivable legal rights prevail.

FabSetu facilitates the workflow unless identified as seller. The seller remains responsible for its product and disclosed return, warranty, cancellation and refund obligations.

2. Cancellation

A buyer may request cancellation through the order workflow before dispatch. It is effective when the seller confirms or the order grants automatic cancellation. For configured or made-to-order goods, disclosed and documented work already performed may be deducted only where lawful.

An order may be cancelled for non-payment, failed verification, stock error, illegality, safety risk or obvious pricing error, with prompt notice and any required refund.

3. Eligible claims and exclusions

A buyer may claim for damaged, defective, materially non-conforming, counterfeit, short or incorrectly supplied goods, or another disclosed return right. Notify the seller within the shown inspection window and provide the order reference and reasonable packaging, serial, image or test evidence.

Lawfully disclosed change-of-mind exclusions may apply to customised, cut-to-size, perishable, hazardous, hygiene-sensitive or licensed digital goods. Exclusions do not remove remedies for latent defects, misdescription or rights that cannot be waived.

4. Return logistics and inspection

Do not return goods until instructions or authorisation are provided. Agree packaging, carrier, insurance and cost. The seller bears reasonable return cost for verified wrong, damaged, defective or misdescribed goods unless binding terms or law say otherwise.

The seller may inspect goods and must communicate acceptance, repair, replacement, partial remedy or a reasoned rejection without unfair delay.

5. Refunds and disputes

An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method where practicable and includes amounts required by the order or law, less only disclosed, documented and lawful deductions. Bank or provider posting times may follow initiation.

Raise unresolved issues through Marketplace Support with the order and communication references. FabSetu may facilitate evidence exchange or platform action, while a commercial ruling may require party agreement or a competent authority.
